From Oracle Director to the innovative AI tech company CEO: hard way to a great success!
Jennifer Bonine is the CEO and Co-Founder of PinkLion, and the first female Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) testing tech CEO. PinkLion is the only company successfully integrating, delivering, and managing AI-based testing for gaming platforms and games without access to the code, uniquely adhering to a business model engaged in the United Nations sustainable development goals (“SDGs”). Employing a human engagement model designed to train app teams using an AI-first strategy, PinkLion retools client workforces, and, in partnership with Test.AI, resolves AI testing challenges that have previously been considered impenetrable. Jennifer collaborates with entertainment, gaming, media, professional sports, and all industries facing problematic AI-based scrutiny, representing PinkLion’s principles of equality, inclusivity, and promise in AI technology.
As speaker, teacher, and trainer, Jennifer Bonine addresses the AI industry nationally and internationally, most recently at the World Economic Forum in Davos and for CNNMoney Switzerland. Jennifer is a founding sponsor and member of AI Grrls and TeamWomen, and a supporter of Lead the Way’s foundation dedicated to providing healthy technology distractions to children with serious illness. She partners with DreamTank and organizations designed to champion young entrepreneurs. Jennifer will be featured this Spring at the UN’s AI for Good summit. She is currently developing a PinkLion children’s book series educating children about the power of AI and machine learning.

Congresswoman Kira Rudik was elected as a People’s Deputy in the early parliamentary elections of 2019 and is the first Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Digital Transformation.
Kira is engaged in numerous civic and business organizations. She served on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and IT Ukraine Association. Kira also belongs to the 2018 Stanford Executive Program for Women Leaders, is a frequent speaker at large conferences throughout her country and serves on the panel at Ukraine House of Davos alongside many other world leaders.
In 2016, Rudik built Ring Ukraine and shortly after became the CEO. She oversaw the entire development, as she made her first hire 2016 and continued to create over 1,000 jobs while making Ring Ukraine one of the best companies to work for in the country. In 2018, she oversaw the transitional process in the Amazon acquisition.
Through her leadership, Kira has become an inspiration to her team members and business community. She is known as one of the 100 most successful women in Ukraine and within the top 33 managers in Ukraine. She is proud to lead the rise of a new generation of influential female leaders in Ukraine.
Prior to Ring Ukraine, she co-founded several successful businesses. All of which fulfilled her mission to change Ukraine’s global perception and position Ukraine as a driving force in the world of innovation of frontier technologies.
Kira earned a Master’s Degree in computer science at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, a top university in Ukraine.

Nadiia is continue working on scientific developments in digital transformation and digital economy.
Since November 14, 2019, Nadiia was appointed as Deputy General Director of SE Ukroboronprom on Digitization and Innovation.
Chief Talent Officer at Parimatch (Cyprus)
Tatiana Davydova joined Parimatch as Chief HR Officer in 2019. Tatiana is responsible for hiring, employee engagement and development, promotions, HR policies and procedures.
During her first six months with Parimatch, Tatiana restructured the HR department into distinct units including the center of expertise, the HRBP function and the center of innovation, which focuses on optimization and automation.
Tatiana has been responsible for the launch of an employee handbook, aligning all policies and procedures, launching the corporate website, automating recruitment, introducing a bonus policy and a centralized HR Information System.
Tatiana has also reviewed and updated policies for onboarding, employee surveys, annual leave and performance evaluation.
Prior to Parimatch, Tatiana worked for 15 years as an HR officer in an IT company. In her previous role Tatiana was Head of Global HR in one of the largest international software development companies for gambling — Playtech. She was responsible for approximately 6,500 employees, following the takeover of Snaitech in 2018.
Tatiana has Master’s degree in Rocket Science, specializing in Power Plants for Spacecraft. She loves paragliding, but unfortunately has had little time to devote to this over the past five years. Her current projects including building a motor boat and a summer house.
